If your planning to stay here, I highly suggest it. Rose in the front office is a very nice lady. If I call or text needing anything she’s there. The maintenance/grounds keeper Nico is super friendly. He has cut my grass and helped with multiple ant/bug issues outside(the normal things ants wasp etc). His wife is also very charming. They always speak when they see you. The neighbors are quiet and friendly as well. Overall it’s been a great experience.

I love this park, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to be close to stores and it s only minutes away from down town! I recently moved here from out of state and had some very challenging roomate disasters which ultimately left me homeless..... long story short i met the gentlemen that own mission trails when they came to dine at place of employment.... after finding them quite friendly and imparting on them my recent lack of a place to call home they told me about the r.v. Park and jotted down the number for the office and the gentleman who actually lives in Florida gave me his personal number and tools me to call when i was ready to move in.....i called him on a Sunday afternoon to ask ifi could pay my rent bi weekly and on Friday when i got paycheck i was able to come here and finally have a place to call home.... This park is safe... Quiet and well maintained....i work up to 60hrs per week at times....i like quiet and being a single gal living alone i never fear being here alone at night....i have not seen anything shady going on here and the maintenance folks are respectful and timely if something needs attention in the r.v. i love living here and appreciate the kindness they've shown me. I strongly dislike apartments due to noise and pest issues.... Haven't seen a single roach or mouse. Fantastic place to check out.

Dam good place, was here for a couple years. Friendly staff, good neighbors and quiet as can be next to the highway. These other reviewers are just looking for extra stuff. It's a simple place, not a resort.

Lack of Resort
Wouldn't even give it one star but it makes you, i stayed there for 2 years due to my work. When the old owners where there it was alright old bad location by highway rough neighborhood but decent price. Since the new ones that talk nice
